Should there be a mandatory retirement age for those baby boomers collecting state/ federal pensions ?
Profits would still be there and if baby boomers are that experienced and intelligent, why did the economy tank the way it did in the late 20s. If businesses really need these so called experienced managers why did they fail so epically it’s time to shut down the most greedy capitalistic generation that ever existed
I’m so sick of baby boomers not knowing how to use technology and also failing to Implement new technology in the workplace. My office still uses a written log and scheduling book ( what a joke ) baby boomer boss refuses to change it because she goes in and erases the information that’s in it and ” doesn’t want an electronic record ” of what and when she does her work what a joke baby boomers are. Just retire and collect your over priced pension and let the greatest generation take over those born over 1975
I believe baby boomers are to blame because they forgot about where they came from
your boss may be an exception – but computers and the technology we now use was developed by the boomers to a large extent.
Also I suspect that many of the people who dug the hole in which we now lurk are not boomers but a younger generation of greedies.
Probably the reason your boss is still there is she doesnt have a pension big enough to retire on. I’m not a baby boomer but if I could afford to retire I’d be off before you could say dvd.
